**Photographs and videos of students taken in school and at school events may be used in print and electronic media, including newspapers and the internet. This may include photographs and videos taken in classrooms, in other areas of the school building, and at events normally open to the public. Students may be indentified by name in photograph captions.
Parents who do not want photographs or videos of their children used in print and electronic media should notify the principal in writing by Sept. 30th of each school year.

**Volunteers who have previously completed an application to be a CCPS volunteer in KeepnTrack DO NOT need to complete a new application each year.
If you have questions about your volunteer status, please email us at CCPSKeepnTrack@calvertnet.k12.md.us. We can electronically update your schools by adding or deleting them. Please email us with changes you need. Tell us your name and the changes you are requesting. We do not need the name/s of your student/s. Their names are not in the volunteer database for security reasons.
